My career at Cross Wrap started in 2004.  As an After-sales Director, I manage customer satisfaction and after-sales operations taking place after the initial purchase together with my team. The operations include, for example, service functions, machine upgrades and training tasks.

My daily routines include contacting customers and partners, maintaining customer satisfaction through additional sales, and taking care of service operations, spare parts and machine upgrades.

How would you describe Cross Wrap as a company?

Cross Wrap is a company that is aware of its customers’ operating environment, which is critical in product development. During my career at Cross Wrap, our abilities to understand and recognize customer needs have increased. The company has a very strong team spirit, which comes from the top. Team spirit boosts employees’ happiness, retention, productivity, and efficiency.

What are the most important benefits Cross Wrap’s customers get when buying Cross Wrap machinery?

We take care of our customers during their customer journey and keep looking after them after the purchase.

Cross Wrap machinery represents world-class technology in the industry. Automated Cross Wrap machines are safe to use. For example, due to automation, there is no contact with moving parts.

What are your favorite things to do when not creating industry leading machinery and world-class customer experience?

Spending time at our family´s summer cottage is my favorite activity during the summer holiday. The best summer cottage activities are fishing and boating. I like doing all the things that accompany fishing, such as driving to the lake, paddling my boat, preparing the hooks, and of course fishing itself. I also love swimming and going to the sauna.
