I have been part of the Cross Wrap team since 2013. As a Product Manager I am responsible for delivering projects to North and South America, as well as project planning and product development. My duties also include customer support in maintenance questions.
In addition, I also assist the sales team and offer technical support when they are making an offer to a client. For example, I consult them on the best solutions for the customer´s project.
How would you describe Cross Wrap as a company?
Everyone at Cross Wrap is committed to achieving the best customer service. I like the size of the company, as it allows flexibility in joining different projects and playing different roles.
What are the most important benefits Cross Wrap’s customers get when buying Cross Wrap machinery?
The most important benefit is our excellent customer service. For example, when our customer orders a machine, our whole personnel are available to provide support when needed. We are easily reachable to our customers and we engage with them at every stage of the customer journey. Being reachable is the first step to building trust with customers.
In addition, Cross Wrap machines are reliable. We have a long experience in designing and manufacturing bale wrapping and opening machines. Cross Wrap is continuously working on product development.
What are your favorite things to do when not creating industry leading machinery and world-class customer experience?
I spend my free time hiking, fishing and hunting. Spending some time in nature is good for a person, especially if your everyday life is hectic and busy. The wilderness areas of Northern Lapland are perfect for these activities due to its untouched nature, and the views from the fells are also spectacular.
