Film Watch is a smart monitoring feature in Cross Wrap’s bale wrappers and board packaging lines that ensures each bale and board is wrapped. It detects if the wrapping film has broken or run out, during the wrapping cycle. 

How it works?

If an issue is detected, for example, a torn film, the system alerts the operator and can automatically stop the process to prevent unwrapped or partially wrapped bales from moving forward in the line.
