Strengthening Our Global Maintenance Partner Network

At Cross Wrap, our service philosophy is simple: wherever our machines operate, reliable professional support should be close and on time. To make this a reality, we continuously build and strengthen our global maintenance partner network, ensuring consistent, high-quality service for customers around the world.
“We were very satisfied with Cross Wrap’s service quality,” says Karine Hauan, the leader of the waste management department in Svalbard. “It was great to have someone on-site who truly knows the machine.”
In recent years, we have focused on expanding our partner network in the United States, and today, our attention is also turning toward Australia. Local support in these regions is essential due to long travel distances, helping us deliver fast response times and a smooth customer experience.
While Europe is easier for our teams to reach, our network there is also growing rapidly. We have strong collaborations in the DACH region and France, long-term service partnership in UK and partnerships with several baler manufacturers globally. Each partner plays a crucial role in providing reliable, timely, and professional service to our customers.
The reason for expanding our network is clear: we aim to be as close to the customer as possible, with skilled professionals available whenever needed. Our partners are selected based on technical expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality.
To ensure excellence, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, delivered remotely, on-site, and through joint service tasks at customer facilities. This approach creates a growing global group of highly skilled professionals who share our values and keep Cross Wrap machinery running at its best.
By strengthening our partner network, we are not just improving operational efficiency, we are building a global service ecosystem that supports our customers wherever they are.

Strengthening Global Service Through In-House Expertise
Alongside our global maintenance partner network, we continue to strengthen Cross Wrap’s Lifecycle Services and Service team, which consists of multiple experienced professionals supporting customers globally. Our service operations involve a broader team that is actively engaged in service work and travelling to customer sites to ensure reliable machine performance throughout the lifecycle.

As part of our commitment to serving customers faster and more reliably, wherever they operate, our internal service organization continues to grow.
Within this wider team, Sami Pääkkönen plays a key role in service coordination, planning, and execution of service activities worldwide. Ari-Petteri Pakarinen is also responsible for coordinating service activities, while regularly travelling to customer sites to carry out maintenance and hands-on service work. In addition, Joni Laukkanen has joined Cross Wrap as a travelling Field Technician, bringing valuable hands-on experience to the role from day one.
Together with the rest of the Lifecycle Services team, these roles strengthen our ability to provide fast, professional, and reliable service support for customers around the world.
