Remote audit is for customers who want to have a functional analysis for their CW machine via remote connection. The remote audit is done while the production is in progress and it analyses the production speed, operational safety, alarm log and operational capacity of the Cross Wrap machine. The remote audit also inspects the operator skill level and offers spare part, maintenance, and upgrade recommendations within the limits allowed by the remote connection. An audit report is produced and sent to the customer after the audit.
Remote audit includes:
- Machine's functional analysis including production speed, alarm log, and capacity check
- Operation safety inspection
- Inspection and evaluation of operator skill level
- Spare part & maintenance recommendation

2 - ON-SITE AUDIT
On-site audit is for customers who want to have a comprehensive functional analysis for their CW machine done on-site by Cross Wrap. The on-site audit is done while the production is in progress and it checks the machines condition, production speed, operational safety, alarm log and operational capacity. The on-site audit is an especially important preventive maintenance action. An audit report is produced and sent to the customer after the audit.
On-site audit includes:
- One day on-site visit done by Cross Wrap (max 10 hours)
- Comprehensive machine condition check and safety assessment
- Machine production speed, alarm log and operational capacity check
- Machine operation analysis including optimization of parameters
- Sensor adjustments or similar small-scale service work
- Preventive maintenance check
- Operator skill level analysis including additional training
- Comprehensive audit report with tips and machine upgrade recommendations including a list of spare parts
- Cross Wrap on-site inspected status
3 - ON-SITE MACHINE CONDITION REVIEW
On-site machine condition review service is aimed for customers who want to assess Cross Wrap machine overall condition for any reason, such as machine re-sale or used machine purchasing purposes. The condition review can be done without the machine being operational and the review does not contain machines operational analysis or production related parameter optimization. As a result, from the review a machine condition report is done with a list of spare part and upgrade recommendations.
