When Vesa Jauhiainen joined Cross Wrap in 2024, he brought with him a clear vision: to combine innovation, teamwork, and purpose in shaping the future of recycling technology. As CEO, Vesa doesn’t just lead the company, he builds trust, motivation, and growth within the team while ensuring that Cross Wrap continues to bring real value to its customers around the world.
“I’ve always been interested in recycling and circular economy because I believe the world’s resources are scarce and need to be used as efficiently as possible. At Cross Wrap, I can contribute to that development,” he explains.
Vesa focuses on working closely with customers and teams to deliver sustainable, high-performing solutions. “It’s rewarding to see how our people and our processes evolve and perform together,” Vesa says.
Outside the office, Vesa’s passion for restoring and modifying classic cars, seeing it as a kind of circular economy in itself: “It’s about giving new life to something old instead of buying new.” Vesa enjoys mountain biking, running, spending time with family, learning new things and traveling.
