CW preventive maintenance visit is a perfect choice for customers who want to have a functional analysis and preventative maintenance for their Cross Wrap machine. The preventative maintenance visit can be done without major halt in the process.
Preventive maintenance visit contains:
- One-day machine service for the main service parts and items (max 10 hours)
- Functional analysis of the machine
- Operation safety inspection
- Inspection and evaluation of operator skill level
- Spare part and machine upgrade recommendation
- Comprehensive service report
- Cross Wrap preventative maintenance service done status
2 – CW SERVICE VISIT
CW service visit is a more in-depth service option for customers who need to have a functional analysis and comprehensive service done for their Cross Wrap machine. Service visit is done preferably during a shutdown in the process. Service tasks and the delivery of potentially required
spare and wear parts are to be agreed on beforehand.
CW service visit contains:
- Two-day on-site service done by Cross Wrap (max 20 hours)
- Comprehensive machine condition check and safety assessment
- Machine production speed, alarm log and operational capacity check
- Preventive maintenance check
- Operator skill level analysis including additional training
- Replacement of spare parts as agreed before the visit
- Needed repairs as agreed before the visit
- Comprehensive service report
- Cross Wrap service done status
