Wille Itkonen has been with Cross Wrap since May 2022, joining as a Spare Part Engineer. In his role, he is responsible for managing spare parts sales, overseeing development activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts. Wille’s background in mechanical engineering, combined with his passion for machines, led him to Cross Wrap, where he appreciates the company’s in-house design and machinery manufacturing.

Wille’s work philosophy centers on putting customers first. He strives to ensure that every customer receives quick, clear, and effective support. What motivates him most in his daily work is the ability to help customers, receive valuable feedback, and collaborate smoothly with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Outside of work, Wille is a sports enthusiast. He stays active with regular gym sessions and enjoys playing sports like padel and disc golf. He believes that physical activity keeps his mind sharp and helps him maintain balance in life. Wille also enjoys spending time with friends to recharge and stay connected outside of work.
