Cross Wrap has delivered over 500 machines to clients in 55 countries around the world. More than 95 million bales or packages have been Cross-Wrapped to date. Many of our clients are world leaders in the plywood and veneer manufacturing or professionals in the waste and recycling industries. We have also established a large bale wrapping and opening customer base in the Waste-to-Energy industry, including waste fuel producers and waste fuel users such as WTE plants and cement mills.
FCC Medio Ambiente, Spain
Spain-based FCC Medio Ambiente acquired four Cross Wrap CW 2200 Bale Wrappers to wrap recycled waste refuse material that is destined to dry landfill. The wrappers were installed at three recycling sites Gomecello, Loeches, and El Campello.
Municipality of Rocha, Uruguay
Rocha, Uruguay located Deisa operation for baling and wrapping urban solid waste (MSW) does their bale wrapping with Cross Wrap Direct Bale Wrapper. The plant has a 12 tons/hour capacity, and the wrapped bales are destined for balefill.
Intercement – Loma Negra
Intercement, the L´Amalí Plant Clinker Loma Negra kiln, within the framework of continuous improvement, incorporated the Cross Wrap BO 3600 bale opener to its RDF fuel feeding system, where the machine is used to open RDF bales wrapped, optimizing the operating system comprehensively.
Huaxin Environment engineering
Chinese environmental engineering and cement manufacturing company Huaxin needed to find an efficient solution for handling RDF between two of their company operating locations. For that, they chose CW Direct Bale Wrapper and CW Bale Opener machines.
