Cross Wrap sales and service in Italy

Cross Wrap is strengthening its local presence in Italy. Our new Sales Consultant Mr. Paolo De Campo, will work in new machine sales and serve our customers in Italy. Mr. De Campo will work closely together with our Sales Manager Mari Hämäläinen to improve our customer service and customer experience.

For after-sales services, we have a partnership with OMC (Office Meccaniche Conte). OMC provides service, spare parts, and maintenance for Cross Wrap machinery in Italy. OMC is from the Naples area, which is ideal since Cross Wrap has over 20 machines running in the area. However, they are available to service CW machines in the whole country. OMC has long experience with Cross Wrap machinery and the most updated training.
