My area of responsibility is after-sales services. Through various processes, we ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services Cross Wrap offers. My daily routine includes the following: customer machine maintenance, service offers and scheduling, maintenance contracts, technical support and educational training.

How would you describe Cross Wrap as a company?

Cross Wrap is a company that takes care of its customers, employees, and the environment. The quality of Cross Wrap´s products and services are high. All of us employees participate in service development.  The personnel are professionals in their field and always support their colleagues.

What are the most important benefits Cross Wrap’s customers get when buying Cross Wrap machinery?

Cross Wrap is continuously working on service design. Our goals are operational agility, quick response, continuous mapping of customer needs and tailored solutions for our customers. Cross Wrap´s customers receive reliable and cost-effective service.

What are your favourite things to do when not creating industry leading machinery and world-class customer experience?

I have a wonderful big family and I spend most of my free time with them. My family has always been the number one priority in my life.  Family trips give the whole family an opportunity to spend quality time together, bond, visit new places and create lifelong memories. Together we have visited places in Europe and Scandinavia.

In addition, sports and motorcycling are a big part of my life. I’ve been a Crossfitter since 2012 and I still work out a few times a week. I get a rush of energy from my workouts, as well as bike trips around Europe.
