Turn your CW 2200 or CW 2500 into a CW Direct
Upgrade your Cross Wrap 2200 Bale Wrapper to run together with any two-ram baler as a Direct Wrapping machine. We provide the mechanical and operating system upgrades that turn your CW 2200 into a CW Direct. This upgrade removes the need to use baling ties as the Direct Wrapper can wrap the bales directly from the baler and without the need for additional bale tying.
3 - NET WRAPPING UNIT UPGRADE
Lower film consumption and create even tighter bales
Choose a special Cross Wrap net wrapping unit for your CW Direct. The net wrapping unit helps to create even stronger wrapped bales. This upgrade helps you to cut back the amount of wrapping film and is especially good for demanding materials such as MSW.

Upgrade your Cross Wrap Bale Wrapper with an automatic cleaning conveyor system that can send litter back to the baler, separate bin, or bunker. We provide the upgrade as a turn-key package with conveyors mechanical installation and operating system upgrades. This upgrade minimizes the need to clean machine surroundings manually as the cleaning conveyors collect all dropping litter and convey it back to where needs to go. Perfect solution to keep working area clean and profitable working time to the max.
7 – Weighing conveyor for wrapping lines
Scale bales easily and automatically
Upgrade your bale wrapping line with our weighing conveyor. This piece of conveyor is integrated into your operation line and it works as an automatic scale. The weighing conveyor gives you data on individual bales, shift performance and capacity overall by uploading the information into your facility’s internal archives. Exact data also helps in optimizing truck loads. With an upgrade into your wrapping line, you skip the forklift traffic needed to scale bales separately. The weighing conveyor is suitable for our 2200 and 2500 Bale Wrappers or Direct Bale Wrapper.
8 – Labeling upgrade for wrapping lines

Add our Labeling unit to the Bale Wrappers (2200, 2500 or Direct) to get automated labeling for each of your mixed waste or plastic bales. Our machine is suitable for plywood packaging too, if labeling without logos for instance is enough for your needs. The label design can be tailored to your needs. Your customers may expect you to inform them of what’s inside the bale and how much it weighs, for example. Barcode or running numbering are viable options. Labels make managing the coming and going materials easier. If your personnel are still applying labels by hand, upgrading to the Labeling unit increases efficiency and automation leaves time for the personnel to do other tasks.
