We are thrilled to introduce our Lifecycle Services team, which focuses on improving customer experience in every step of the way.

Cross Wrap has always focused on delivering high quality machinery and services to our customers, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of our business.  

We are thrilled to introduce our Lifecycle Services team, which focuses on improving customer experience in every step of the way. In addition, we are excited to deepen collaboration with the Saalasti Group, further enhancing our service offerings and local presence.

The Lifecycle Services team includes our Customer Relations Managers, Erno Heinonen and Hanne-Maria Kekäläinen, as well as our service and spare parts team members. This team of experts focuses on comprehensive service support and proactively taking care of customers’ and machines’ lifecycles from the delivery phase to the end of the lifecycle.

Cross Wrap is also further developing its digital services, including the Cross Wrap Smart digital customer portal. We encourage our customers to join the portal to gain easy, 24/7 access to machine data, manuals, service reports and a spare part web shop. With our digital services we want to drive better service and availability for our customers.
